Greater Is He

It's hard to think that our world could be so blind. How can you look at the mountains and fields- see the sun rise and fall while the trees let the wind whisper a song between their leaves - and deny the very existence of God?
How can someone look at all that men have done and still deny it? How can they become so caught up in their life to forget how they started? 
I stare out across the ocean to the other side of my city and see buildings stretching out east and west; cranes pile up north and south and a tower with a needle pointing to the sky  with pride... even as it stands next to a building taller then she.
I see God manifested even in this...
His powers are still visible. For who gave men the thought to create? Who gave him the power to invest and become great? God gave us the power and knowledge to do things that would glorify him. He gave us the recoarses to construct and make real our dreams. We have been blinded by our own pride that refuses to bend to humility for our own selfish gain.
Foolish enough we have become to not notice the vastness of the ocean and sky.. top to bottom, left to right, the clouds, mountains and depths of the ocean are there to show us- remind us- that we are only a small part of this world. Our God is so much greater. Our cities and tall towers compare to nothing of his almighty power.
